Cauliflower cheese is a very traditional dish. We lightly boil the cauliflower and cover with a milk-based cheese sauce and generously top it with mature cheddar. The milk is infused with onion and thyme to make the sauce and once thickened, we add a mature cheddar to enriched and flavour it further. Delicious in every way. Perfect accompaniment.
Served chilled: Re-generate either in the oven at 170 C for 15 mins or the microwave until hot (3min at 750 Watt).
