Per person

Canapes – wild mushroom tartlets
Bread and butter
Amuse bouche – creamy leek and potato soup
Pre appetiser – Salt baked beetroot with goats cheese
Appetiser – Pickled Cornish sardine with marinated sweet peppers
Fish entrée – Smoked haddock mornay with spinach and tiger prawn
Meat entrée – Confit duck leg with puy lentils and smoked paprika
Dessert course – Dark chocolate parfait with chocolate crumb
British cheese selection
Petit four


Each course is served in an oven proof container (minus the lid), which allows you to keep the main courses in your oven at around 120°C till you are ready for them, whilst your enjoying your starter courses.
