Canapes – wild mushroom tartlets, Salmon mille feuille
Bread and butter
Amuse bouche – Thai butternut & coconut milk soup

Appetiser – Pickled Cornish sardine lemon and fine herbs
Fish entrée – Smoked haddock mornay with spinach and tiger prawn
Meat entrée – Braised oxtail pasta free lasagne with celeriac and butterbean
Dessert course – Milk nutmeg tart, fruit mince parcel
2nd Dessert – Ronnies yule log

Each course is served in an oven proof container (minus the lid), to reheat at home (cooking instruction will be provided).
