Order requirements:

A minimum payment of £70 needs to be made to place an order. The checkout will not allow you to proceed with the order if you do not meet that requirement.

Amending your Order:

We understand that plans can change at the last minute, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.  Please bear in mind that each Funky Fodder platter is created specifically for each order and ingredients are sourced fresh from the market.  The more time you can give us to amend your order the more likely we’ll be able to accommodate you.  All orders can be amended within up to 48 hours of the scheduled delivery, after which the amendment can only be made with the consent of Funky Fodder Management.

To amend an order please contact us directly on 01454 411137.  All amendments will be confirmed via email.

Should you wish to cancel your order please review our cancellation policy, which will assist you and remember the more notice you can give the better.

Deliveries:

DELIVERY DESTINATIONS

Funky Fodder delivers fresh tasty food to the Bristol and South Gloucestershire area, specifically a 10 mile radius of Thornbury.  Your basket will only be processed through our checkout if your delivery address is within this area.

If you require a delivery outside of our standard delivery range, please contact us directly and we will consider delivery of orders over £250 within a reasonable distance.

FREE DELIVERY SERVICE

We offer FREE delivery service Tuesday to Saturday.

Scheduling your Delivery:

When using the check-out in our online Funky Food shop, you are able to specify which delivery day you would prefer (Tuesday to Saturday) and your preferred time slot. You can place an order and schedule its delivery up to three weeks in advance.  Orders will not be accepted if there is less than 48 hours before the required delivery.

We are partnered with a very reliable delivery service and your Funky Fodder delivery will arrive within an agreed time slot.

Usually a signature is required from the person who receives your delivery.  If you are not going to be available to receive your delivery, please leave special delivery instructions for the delivery driver by inputting your requirements in the “Delivery Instruction” box during the checkout process.

If there is no answer at the address the courier will not try and deliver to a neighbouring address (unless instructed to do so in the delivery instructions on your order).  Please be aware, if you are not available to take delivery or have not left suitable instructions for the delivery driver, or contact with a neighbouring address to take the delivery cannot be made, or the driver feels it would not be unsuitable to leave the delivery it will become your responsibility to collect the delivery from the Thornbury Restaurant.

Your order will not be re-delivered the following day.  We cannot accept responsibility for deliveries that have not been signed for.

Amending or Cancelling Delivery:

We take payment from your Paypal account once the order is confirmed.  To amend the date of an existing delivery or to make a cancellation please contact us via phone, email or leave a message on our answer phone (01454 41137).  We will not be able to amend or cancel a delivery after 9.30am on the day of dispatch (e.g. contact us before 9.30am on Wednesday to cancel a delivery scheduled to be with you on Thursday).

CANCELLATIONS

Should you need to cancel your delivery, we do our best to assist you.  The more notice you can give us the better and we will ensure you receive a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled delivery.

The process of creating your order starts about 48 hours before we deliver with procurement and the like, so will refund 50% of the value of your order for cancellations that give between 48 and 24 hour notice prior to the agreed delivery.

Unfortunately, there is no refund for a cancellation within the last 24 hour before the delivery.  All the ingredients would have been sourced and a team of chefs and bakers will be hard at work transforming them into Funky Fodder.

All cancellations must be made by telephone, (01454 41137) and will be confirmed via email.

Food Safety:

Stay safe and consume your delivery within four hours.

We follow strict health and safety guidelines.  Records are kept for each stage of the production of your food, from sourcing the ingredients to delivering your Funky Fodder to your door.  All food should be consumed on the day of delivery and within 4 hours of removing it from the fridge.  Please keep your food refrigerated for as long as possible and if you are not able to do so, it must be disposed of within 4 hours your delivery.

ALLERGIES

All dishes are labelled with potential allergens.  We will insure that if a potential allergen is not listed, it will not be used in the production of the dish, however we cannot guarantee dishes are free from trace elements due to the nature of the kitchens.  Please be aware that our products may contain nuts or nut traces.
